Lavender Simple Syrup

This lavender simple syrup is easy to make and is delicious in coffee, cocktails and mocktails!

Cook Time 10 minutes
Total Time 12 minutes


  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp fresh lavender


  1. Put water and lavender in a small saucepan and bring to boil

  2. Turn heat to medium- low

  3. Slowly add the sugar and stir until dissolved

  4. Let simmer for 3-5 minutes

  5. Take simple syrup off heat and pour in to a closed container to steep for 4-6 hours

  6. Strain lavender and store simple syrup in the fridge
